Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile identifier to create your account. When you upload resumes or job descriptions, we store that content to provide parsing, analysis, AI suggestions, exports, and application tracking features.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to operate Rolivio features you request. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your resume content to train third-party AI models.
AI processing
AI features send relevant resume and job description text to configured AI providers to generate suggestions, cover letters, and interview questions. You review all outputs before applying them to your documents.
Data retention & deletion
You may export your resumes and request account deletion by contacting sales@vickeyapps.com. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with law.
Security
We use industry-standard practices including encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated API access, and access controls on stored data.
